Cancellation policy

All subscription purchases are billed monthly at $15.95 AUD. Free shipping is included for Australian addresses. International shipping is available at an additional cost calculated at checkout.

Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time by emailing indigosol.info@gmail.com before the 10th of the month. Cancellations received after the 10th will take effect the following month and the final letter will still be dispatched and charged for that month.

Subscription payments that have already been processed are non-refundable.

Digital products including archetype season guides are delivered as downloadable PDF files and are non-refundable once the download has been accessed.

Physical letters that have already been dispatched cannot be refunded. If your letter arrives damaged or is lost in transit please contact us at indigosol.info@gmail.com and we will do our best to resolve the situation promptly and with care.
