Refund policy
Physical Subscription Letters
Due to the personal nature of each Indigo Sol letter, we are unable to offer refunds or returns on letters that have already been dispatched. Each letter is individually written and prepared for you and cannot be resold or reused.
If your letter arrives damaged or is lost in transit please contact us at indigosol.info@gmail.com and we will do our best to resolve the situation promptly and with care.
Digital Products
All digital products including archetype season guides are delivered as downloadable PDF files. Due to the nature of digital goods all sales are final and non-refundable once the download has been accessed.
If you experience a technical issue accessing your download please contact us at indigosol.info@gmail.com and we will resolve it as quickly as possible.
Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing us at indigosol.info@gmail.com before the 10th of the month. Cancellations received after the 10th will take effect the following month and your final letter will still be dispatched and charged for that month.
We do not offer refunds on subscription payments that have already been processed.
