Shipping policy
Australian Shipping
Free shipping is included with every Indigo Sol Letters subscription within Australia. Letters are dispatched once a month, generally between the 25th and 29th of each month. You will receive a notification when your letter has been dispatched.
We ship via Australia Post. Delivery times vary depending on your location within Australia. Please allow up to 10 business days for delivery after dispatch.
International Shipping
International shipping is available at an additional cost, calculated at checkout based on your location. International delivery times vary by destination. Please allow additional time for customs processing in your country.

Digital Products
Archetype season guides are delivered digitally as downloadable PDF files. You will receive a download link via email immediately after purchase. There is no physical shipping for digital products.
Delays and Issues
Indigo Sol is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or international postal services once your letter has been dispatched. If your letter has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe please contact us at indigosol.info@gmail.com and we will do our best to help.
