Indigo Sol is owned and operated by Sharm Petersen, based in Australia. By accessing our website or purchasing any product or subscription you agree to these terms.

2. Monthly Letter Subscription

Your subscription to Indigo Sol Letters is a month to month arrangement billed at $15.95 AUD per month. Free shipping applies to Australian addresses only.

Subscribers may cancel at any time by emailing us before the 10th of the month. Cancellations received after the 10th will take effect the following month and the current month’s letter will still be dispatched.

We do not offer refunds on letters that have already been posted.

3. Digital Products

All digital products including archetype season guides are delivered as downloadable PDF files. Due to the nature of digital goods all sales are final and non-refundable once the download has been accessed.

If you experience a technical issue accessing your download please contact us and we will resolve it promptly.

4. Archetype Quiz and Letters

The Indigo Sol archetype system is a reflective framework designed to support self-awareness and personal growth. It is inspired by Jungian psychology and is an original Indigo Sol framework.

The archetypes, letters, card system and all written content are the intellectual property of Indigo Sol. They may not be reproduced, shared or distributed without written permission.

5. Results and Outcomes

Indigo Sol products and letters are offered as tools for reflection and personal insight. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. We make no guarantees about specific outcomes or results. The work and the belief always belong to you.

6. Privacy

We collect your name, email address and mailing address for the purpose of delivering your subscription. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Indigo Sol website, including text, images, archetype descriptions, letter content and card systems, is the original work of Indigo Sol and is protected by copyright. Unauthorised use is not permitted.

What is Indigo Sol Letters?

Indigo Sol Letters is a monthly physical letter subscription. Each month you receive a personally written letter based on your current archetype season, along with an affirmation, a reflection question, an intention card, a keepsake card and a ritual card. Everything is designed to help you pause, reflect and remember who you are.
How does the archetype system work?

When you subscribe you will be asked to select your current season from a dropdown menu on the product page. There are eight seasons to choose from: Dreamer, Explorer, Nurturer, Builder, Phoenix, Sage, Lightkeeper and Restorer. Your season is used as a guide when your letter is written each month.
Can I update my archetype?

Yes. Life moves and seasons change. If you feel you have moved into a different season you are welcome to update it by emailing us at indigosol.info@gmail.com before the 10th of the month. Updates received after the 10th will take effect the following month.
Can I be in more than one archetype season at once?

The invitation is to choose the season that feels most true for you right now. If you are unsure, the free Indigo Sol Archetype Quiz on our website can help guide you.
When are letters sent each month?

Letters are dispatched once a month, generally between the 25th and 29th of each month. You will receive a dispatch notification when your letter is on its way.
How much does a subscription cost?

A monthly subscription to Indigo Sol Letters is $15.95 AUD per month with free Australian shipping included. International shipping is available at an additional cost calculated at checkout.
When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel at any time by emailing us at indigosol.info@gmail.com before the 10th of the month. Cancellations received after the 10th will take effect the following month and your final letter will still be sent and charged for that month.
Can I pause my subscription?

Do you ship outside of Australia?

Yes. Indigo Sol Letters ships within Australia with free shipping included in your subscription. International shipping is available at an additional cost, calculated at checkout based on your location. Can I gift a subscription to someone?

Yes. At checkout enter the recipient’s details and let us know in the order notes that this is a gift. Once the subscription is set up your recipient will be invited to complete the Indigo Sol Archetype Quiz so their letter is written for their own season. If you have any questions about gifting please contact us at indigosol.info@gmail.com and we will help you from there.
How do I access my digital download after purchase?

After completing your purchase you will receive an email with a download link. If you experience any issues accessing your download please contact us at indigosol.info@gmail.com and we will resolve it promptly.
Can I get a refund on a digital product?

What is the giving back component?

Ten percent of every subscription goes toward making a difference beyond ourselves. Each month Indigo Sol contributes to WWF Australia’s turtle adoption program, supporting the protection of sea turtles and the ocean environment they call home. As our community grows so does our contribution. We share updates each month so you can see the impact your subscription is making alongside ours.
